Dan was born and raised in Kidron, OH until he was 11 years old. His family then moved to Fillmore County, MN. Dan grew up on an Amish farm milking cows by hand, farming with horses and doing everything the hard way. He later left the Amish community. Dan and his wife, Anna, have 9 children who have given them 21 wonderful grandchildren.

Along with 20 years of auction experience, Dan received his Auction diploma in 2015 from the World Wide College of Auctioneering. In 2016 Dan completed his real estate license. Then in 2017 he attended PRI (Professional Ringman Institute) where he gained an abundance of invaluable training.

In his free time Dan enjoys gardening, hobby farming, and fishing. Dan’s desire to farm and work with farmers brought him into the auction and Real Estate business.
